These easy to install isolators protect delicate high resolution measurement instrumentation against disturbing influences such as building vibrations and forces introduced directly into the equipment by the operator.

The  basic configuration of the AVI 400-S/M/XL includes two compact units and one control unit and isolate actively up to a max. load of 800 kg. Support of higher loads can be easily achieved by increasing the number of compact units. To adapt the AVI 400-S/M/XL to user specific applications, compact units in different lengths are available.

• The isolation of AVI 400-S/M/XL begins at 1 Hz, increasing rapidly to 35 dB beyond 10 Hz

• The lack of any low frequency resonance means much better performance than with common passive air damping approaches

• The inherent stiffness of the AVI 400-S/M/XL systems imparts excellent directional and positional stability

• The outstanding performance of the AVI 400-S/M/XL includes all six translational and rotational vibration modes

The AVI 400-S/M/XL compact units  do not require any large tools for installation. We strive to offer an easy,  user friendly handling concept -  thus avoiding any complicated procedures when placing a heavy device (e.g. an SEM)  on the units.

AVI 400-S/M/XL의 기본 구성은 두 개의 컴팩트 유닛과 하나의 컨트롤 유닛으로 이루어져 있으며, 최대 800kg의 하중까지 능동적으로 진동을 차단합니다. 더 무거운 장비를 지지해야 할 경우 유닛 수를 추가하여 간단히 확장할 수 있으며, 사용 환경에 맞춰 다양한 길이의 컴팩트 유닛을 선택할 수 있습니다.

• AVI 400-S/M/XL는 1Hz부터 진동 차단을 시작하며, 10Hz 이상에서는 35dB까지 차단 효율이 급격히 향상됩니다. 

• 저주파 공진 현상이 없어 기존의 수동식 공기 스프링(Air Damping) 방식보다 월등한 성능을 체감할 수 있습니다. 

• 시스템 고유의 높은 강성 덕분에 장비의 수평 및 위치 안정성이 매우 뛰어납니다. 

• 병진 및 회전 방향을 포함한 모든 6자유도(6-DOF) 진동 모드에서 탁월한 성능을 발휘합니다.

AVI 400-S/M/XL는 설치 시 별도의 대형 도구가 필요하지 않습니다. 전자현미경(SEM)과 같은 무거운 장비를 유닛 위에 배치할 때도 복잡한 절차 없이 간편하고 안전하게 설치할 수 있도록 사용자 중심의 설계 컨셉을 적용했습니다.
